[Women's Class]

Description: This is a general asana class with emphasis on postures for the physical and psychological well-being of women. Level II and up.

Monday | 12:00 - 1:30 pm
[Breast Cancer Patients and Survivors]
Description: Breast cancer surgery usually results in decreased mobility, numbness in the arm, shoulder and chest, and can be accompanied by an overall loss of balance. This need not be permanent. This class is tailored to the physical, psychological and emotional needs of breast cancer survivors including those undergoing chemotherapy.

This class is free.

   
Wednesday | 5:15 - 7:00 pm
[Level III]

Description: Level III classes are for students with previous Iyengar training who are strong in standing poses, can do sirsasana with confidence for five minutes, and can push up into Urdhva Dhanurasana. Level I and II poses are consolidated. Sirsasana variations, intermediate poses and seated Pranayama are taught. Independent practice should be well-established.
Prerequisite Notes: Level II
   
Friday | 8:15 - 9:45 am
[Level II]

Description: For students who are well practiced in Level I postures, including Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) and other fundamental postures.

[Restorative]

Description: Rejuvenating and supported poses that restore the nervous system and dismantle chronic tension. At least six weeks experience required.
 
Sunday | 12:15 - 1:45 pm
[Prenatal]
Description: Emphasis on postures that maintain physical and mental well being during pregnancy as well as preparing the prenatal student for delivery.
