[Breast Cancer Patients and Survivors]
Description: Breast cancer surgery usually results in decreased mobility, numbness in the arm, shoulder and chest, and can be accompanied by an overall loss of balance. This need not be permanent. This class is tailored to the physical, psychological and emotional needs of breast cancer survivors including those undergoing chemotherapy.

| 5:15 - 7:00 pm
[Level III]
Description: Level III classes are for students with
previous Iyengar training who are strong in standing poses, can do
sirsasana with confidence for five minutes, and can push up into Urdhva
Dhanurasana. Level I and II poses are consolidated. Sirsasana variations,
intermediate poses and seated Pranayama are taught. Independent practice
should be well-established.

student for delivery.
