Description: This is a general asana class with emphasis
on postures for the physical and psychological well-being of women.
Level II and up.

students new to Iyengar Yoga. Basis of method is taught in Standing
Poses and Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and other fundamental
postures. |

[Level III]
Description: Level III classes are for students with
previous Iyengar training who are strong in standing poses, can do
sirsasana with confidence for five minutes, and can push up into Urdhva
Dhanurasana. Level I and II poses are consolidated. Sirsasana variations,
intermediate poses and seated Pranayama are taught. Independent practice
should be well-established.

Description: Rejuvenating and supported poses that
restore the nervous system and dismantle chronic tension. At least
six weeks experience required.

and mental well being during pregnancy as well as preparing the prenatal
student for delivery.
